Talent Hunters Oy is a company specialized in headhunting and interim management services. We prioritize quality in all aspects of our operations. Operating nationwide, we have 13 highly qualified consultants and a dedicated research team of four members with extensive experience. Our office is located in Kamppi, Helsinki.
Our history and experience has shown to us that we are at best when dealing with highly tailored headhunting assignments. We also have a strong purpose when customer lacks the necessary recruiting resources or appropriate candidates are not searching through job boards or media ads.

Olemme tehneet yli 2.000 onnistunutta asiakastoimeksiantoa eri toimialoille vuodesta 2013 alkaen. Toimintamme on voimakkaassa kasvussa ja tällä hetkellä palveluksessamme on 14 suorahakukonsulttia, joilla on monipuolinen liike-elämän kokemus eri liiketoiminnoista ja toimialoilta. We do not usually advertise open positions, as some of our customers prefer to keep the process quiet, and do not solely rely on a CV database. The best talent has to be found through focused, systematic and quality headhunting.
Sometimes, the customer may also prefer a public job advertisement; in such cases, we conduct the assignment as a hybrid search, with the main focus still on executive search. This ensures finding the right candidates.

Executive Search
We firstly meet with our customer to make sure and understand exactly what and who our customer is looking for. A meeting with the customer is crucial before launching a headhunting process – that way we are able to build a mutual foundation and trust and also familiarize ourselves with personalities involved. Then we match the specified requirements in finding the right individual for the job.
We understand the science of success. We have successfully satisfied our clients’ recruiting needs since 2013. Our tailored headhunting process and candidate assessment covers all aspects of candidates’ competencies, expertise, their personality traits, goals and motivation.
We know the market and the opportunities and challenges within any given business field or job position. Our past success with challenging profiles and strong references are an excellent foundation for future cooperation with your company.

Interim Management
The Interim Management service is flexible, risk-free and cost-effective solution for the demanding changes within the company.
The interim manager or interim specialist works as a part of the client company's organization. They manage the company, it’s business or even possible phase changes. They can also manage, for example, different projects that could last for a fixed period of time.
Typical changes that client company faces are strong growth, business downturn, organizational changes and sudden illnesses, as well as skills shortages.
The interim manager or interim expert leaves the company when certain goals set in advance have been achieved. Alternatively, they can also stay at the client company with an employment or management contract.
The typical contract duration is 6–18 months.
